Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at hello@wendiephillips.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Our approach goes beyond traditional hypnotherapy by integrating advanced techniques like Past Life Regression, Life Between Lives, and Imaginal Re-enactment. We believe the mind holds all the answers, and our methods are designed to help you access your deepest wisdom for profound, lasting change.

No. Hypnotherapy is a natural state of focused attention, and the only "belief" required is a willingness to engage in the process. We also offer methods like the Imaginal Re-enactment Experience for clients who are skeptical or prefer a purely psychological framework for healing.

A hypnotherapy session feels very similar to a deep state of meditation or daydreaming. You are always in a comfortable, relaxed state and are fully aware of your surroundings. You are in complete control and can speak, move, or open your eyes at any time.

The number of sessions depends on your individual goals. Many clients find the insight they need in a single session, while others choose to embark on a full journey with one of our packages to achieve deeper transformation. We will discuss the best path for you during your Discovery Call.

No. That is a myth based on fictional portrayals of hypnosis. You are always able to end the state of hypnosis whenever you wish.

Absolutely. You are always in complete control. Hypnosis is not mind control; it is a collaborative process between you and your hypnotherapist.

Yes, hypnotherapy can be done remotely through video conferencing or phone sessions. This allows individuals to receive hypnotherapy from the comfort of their own home.
